From 3036fa0f45854b0e7b19585323158e9870925788 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Ekaterina Romanova Date: Thu, 10 Mar 2016 09:37:04 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Add doxygen comments to xmmintrin.h's intrinsics. Only half of the intrinsics in this file is documented here. The patch for the other half will be sent out later. The doxygen comments are automatically generated based on Sony's intrinsics document. I got an OK from Eric Christopher to commit doxygen comments without prior code review upstream. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/cfe/trunk@263098 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8 --- lib/Headers/xmmintrin.h | 943 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 943 insertions(+) diff --git a/lib/Headers/xmmintrin.h b/lib/Headers/xmmintrin.h index ae0b2cd1b2..2b3426099a 100644 --- a/lib/Headers/xmmintrin.h +++ b/lib/Headers/xmmintrin.h @@ -39,6 +39,21 @@ typedef float __m128 __attribute__((__vector_size__(16))); /* Define the default attributes for the functions in this file. */ #define __DEFAULT_FN_ATTRS __attribute__((__always_inline__, __nodebug__, __target__("sse"))) +/// \brief Adds the 32-bit float values in the low-order bits of the operands. +/// +/// \headerfile +/// +/// This intrinsic corresponds to the \c VADDSS / ADDSS instructions. +/// +/// \param __a +/// A 128-bit vector of [4 x float] containing one of the source operands. +/// The lower 32 bits of this operand are used in the calculation. +/// \param __b +/// A 128-bit vector of [4 x float] containing one of the source operands. +/// The lower 32 bits of this operand are used in the calculation. +/// \returns A 128-bit vector of [4 x float] whose lower 32 bits contain the sum +/// of the lower 32 bits of both operands.
