Fix word size and alignment for OpenBSD/mips64(el)

* include/private/gcconfig.h [MIPS && OPENBSD] (CPP_WORDSZ): Define
macro; add comment.
* include/private/gcconfig.h [MIPS && OPENBSD] (ALIGNMENT): Define to 8
(instead of 4).
