Some flex insert an explicit declaration for isatty(), so the previous

fails. Add action to strip out the declaration when generating scan.c.

Fix bug in which data structure is repeatedly attached to parent graph than
once to each cluster subgraph

Turn off call to isatty() in flex output. The cgraph readers never use
this result, and the Windows version of isatty() crashes if the file descriptor
