qcom: apq8096: add modem firmware

Add the modem DSP firmware for the Qualcomm APQ8096 boards. The files
come from the redistributable linux-board-support-package-r01700.1.zip
for the Dragonboard 820c. The file modem.mbn was generated from
segment files using the pil-squasher tool.

brcm: rename Rock960 NVRAM to AP6356S and link devices to it

The Rock960, VIM2 and Firefly3399 all have a AP6356S WiFi module
and their NVRAM all appear to be the same so call the NVRAM after
the AP module and link the 3 devices to that to make it clear.

Mellanox: Add new mlxsw_spectrum firmware xx.2010.1406

Add latest verified version of Nvidia Spectrum-family switch firmware,
for Spectrum (13.2010.1406), Spectrum-2 (29.2010.1406) and Spectrum-3

Among others, the following issues are fixed by this release:

- LED configuration and reporting of unplugged cable for external PHY
- Several issues in line card management
- Reading on-die temperature in Spectrum-3
- A deadlock when flapping a 1-Gbps port with PTP shaper enabled
- An issue in reporting Phy Link modes in 10-Gbps and 40-Gbps speeds on

- An unresponsive firmware due to wrong InfiniBand NDR serdes init
- A race between HW linkup and FW configuration that could cause a FW
  freeze
- A fix in raising a link with Finisar DR4 (FTCD4523E2PCM) transceiver on
  Spectrum-2 and Spectrum-3 systems after the peer flaps

wfx: add antenna configuration files

The wfx driver is now able load the antenna parameters (aka PDS file)
corresponding to the board declared in the device tree.

So, add these files to linux-firmware.

wfx: rename silabs/ into wfx/

WiFi device maintainer expressed he prefers to use the same name for the
driver and the firmware directory[1].

Since the driver is not yet merged, the renaming does not break
anything.
