A Unicode string can now be a PyASCIIObject, PyCompactUnicodeObject or
PyUnicodeObject. Aliasing a PyASCIIObject* or PyCompactUnicodeObject* to
PyUnicodeObject* is wrong

Fix data variable in _PyUnicode_Dump() for compact ASCII
