Added client-side support for cjk searching. By default, for cjk, 2-gram tokenizing is used in both client run time and indexer build time. i.e.  クに接続 will be tokenized to "クに", "に接", "接続". Better tokenizing suggestions are IKAnalzer and Paoding Analyzer. These are dictionary based, so that results are more accurate.

Added a stylesheet module that generates plug-ins conforming to the standard (OSGi-based) Eclipse 3.x
architecture. The main difference to the older format is that metadata is stored in a separate
manifest file. The module imports and extends the existing eclipse.xsl module. Based on code
contributed in patch #2624668.
