Fix removal of dead threads in a child process
GC_threads table may contain several elements with the same pthread id,
so GC_remove_all_threads_but_me should remove all elements except for
the first found element matching the id of the current thread.

Do not assign me if it is already non-null; add comment.

Now finalizers and disappearing links registration is a no-op in case
of the leak-finding mode.

Fix typed_test to prevent fails in malloc_explicitly_typed (64-bit)
Issue #166 (bdwgc).
* tests/test.c (typed_test): Pass 320*sizeof(word)+some_number instead
of 2000 to GC_malloc_explicitly_typed, so that to satisfy the size
argument requirement of the latter regardless of word size).
Fall back to AC_CHECK_HEADER-based detection of libatomic_ops library
if PKG_CHECK_MODULES failed to find the library.

Fix storage class of local variable in register_dynamic_libraries (Irix)
* dyn_load.c [IRIX5 || USE_PROC_FOR_LIBRARIES && !LINUX]
(GC_register_dynamic_libraries): Remove "static" for needed_sz local
variable (and initialize it to zero).
Because it breaks gctest "list reversal" if compiled with
GC_GCJ_SUPPORT for MinGW/x86. This is caused by the fact that static
data roots could be between two GC heap regions thus GC with the patch
skips scanning of a reachable GCJ object with a descriptor located in
the static data roots.
To fix the issue (#92) of mistaking the free list pointers in free
objects for being type descriptor pointers, another approach should be
taken (e.g. marking objects in free lists).
