Fix typo in smyrna.glade;
set defaults in template file to not use a boundary or grid.

Put #ifdef WIN around call to glClearBackground(). This causes a crash
on Unix. In general, this needs to be fixed, since technically the
call is being made before openGL is initialized.

Multiply margin by 2, since vpsc needs the total space between nodes,
not the margin added around them.
