merge: Use symbolic log levels

 * Factor out awful inline code for logging binary buffer
 * Align numeric log level arguments
 * Adjust symbolic logging levels to avoid level 4, to be PROGRESS
 * Fix wrong calculation of remaining length in nntp_log_binbuf
 * Start replacing numeric loglevels with symbolic.
