From: Tom Lane Date: Mon, 30 Apr 2018 20:19:51 +0000 (-0400) Subject: Further effort at preventing memory map dump from affecting the results. X-Git-Tag: REL_11_BETA1~136 X-Git-Url: https://granicus.if.org/sourcecode?a=commitdiff_plain;h=ce07aff48;p=postgresql Further effort at preventing memory map dump from affecting the results. Rather than elog'ing immediately, push the map data into a preallocated StringInfo. Perhaps this will prevent some of the mid-operation allocations that are evidently happening now.
