Subject: Move DwarfGenerator.cpp to unittests

Move DwarfGenerator.cpp to unittests

So far it creates a test helper and so it should be moved there. It also
create a layering cycle between CodeGen and CodeGen/AsmPrinter, which
should be avoided.
