Change tarball name back to "Linux-PAM"

As a side effect of commit Linux-PAM-1_1_8-11-g3fa23ce, tarball name
changed accidentally from "Linux-PAM" to "linux-pam".
This change brings it back to "Linux-PAM".

* configure.in (AC_INIT): Explicitly specify TARNAME argument.
