* tests/erestartsys.c: New file.
* tests/erestartsys.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add erestartsys.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add erestartsys.test.
