* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_FUNCS): Add fallocate.
* tests/fallocate.c: New file.
* tests/fallocate.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add fallocate.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add fallocate.test.
