* tests/preadv2-pwritev2.c: New file.
* tests/preadv2-pwritev2.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add preadv2-pwritev2.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add preadv2-pwritev2.
