Xcode: fix "-Wuninitialized is not supported without -O"

Fix Apple Xcode warning "cc1: warning: -Wuninitialized is not supported
without -O" when using the "Debug" build target:

Detection of uninitialized automatic variable requires data flow analsys
that is only enabled during optimized compilation.
