NetHack 3.6 on a Windows system

Credit for the porting of NetHack to the Win32 Console Subsystem goes to
the NT Porting Team started by Michael Allison.
Alex Kompel, Dion Nicolaas, Yitzhak Sapir, and Janet Walz maintained the
tty and graphical win32 versions of NetHack 3.6.0.
