* tests/clock_adjtime.c: New file.
* tests/clock_adjtime.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add clock_adjtime.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add clock_adjtime.test.
