Remove -DOPENSSL_NO_DEPRECATED from --strict-warnings flags.

In master OPENSSL_NO_DEPRECATED is the default anyway. By including it in
--strict-warnings as well this means you cannot combine enable-deprecated
with --strict-warnings.
