* tests/delay.c: New file.
* tests/delay.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add delay.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(delay_LDADD): New variable.
(MISC_TESTS): Add delay.test.
