Check decoding of prctl operations that take the second syscall argument
as a pointer to an integer.

* tests/prctl-arg2-intptr.c: New file.
* tests/prctl-arg2-intptr.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add prctl-arg2-intptr.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add prctl-arg2-intptr.test.
