* tests/rt_sigsuspend.c: New file.
* tests/rt_sigsuspend.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add rt_sigsuspend.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(TESTS): Add rt_sigsuspend.test.
