* tests/inotify.c: New file.
* tests/inotify_init1.c: Likewise.
* tests/inotify.test: New test.
* tests/inotify_init1.test: Likewise.
* tests/.gitignore: Add inotify and inotify_init1.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add inotify.test and inotify_init1.test.
