* tests/mmsg_name.c: New file.
* tests/mmsg_name.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add mmsg_name.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add mmsg_name.test.
