* tests/prctl-dumpable.c: New file.
* tests/prctl-dumpable.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add prctl-dumpable.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add prctl-dumpable.test.
