Use strbuf_addstr() instead of strbuf_addf() for adding strings. That's
simpler and makes the intent clearer.
Patch generated by Coccinelle and contrib/coccinelle/strbuf.cocci;
adjusted indentation in refs/packed-backend.c manually.
