* tests/ioctl_sg_io_v3.c: New file.
* tests/ioctl_sg_io_v3.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add ioctl_sg_io_v3.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add ioctl_sg_io_v3.test.
