* tests/rt_sigreturn.c: New file.
* tests/rt_sigreturn.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add rt_sigreturn.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add rt_sigreturn.test.
