* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_TYPES): Check for struct ifla_cacheinfo in
<linux/rtnetlink.h>
(AC_CHECK_DECLS): Check for IFLA_AF_SPEC in <linux/rtnetlink.h>.
* tests/nlattr_ifla_af_spec.c: New file.
* tests/pure_executables.list: Add nlattr_ifla_af_spec.
* tests/.gitignore: Likewise.
* tests/gen_tests.in (nlattr_ifla_af_spec): New test.
