* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_FUNCS): Add recvfrom.
* tests/recvfrom.c: New file.
* tests/recvfrom.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add recvfrom.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add recvfrom.test.
