* tests/migrate_pages.c: New file.
* tests/migrate_pages.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add migrate_pages.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add migrate_pages.test.
