* tests/prctl-securebits.c: New file.
* tests/prctl-securebits.test: New test.
* tests/.gitignore: Add prctl-securebits.
* tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise.
(DECODER_TESTS): Add prctl-securebits.test.
