Docs: Update supported package repos in Getting Started chapter 7033/head

- Add Raspbian
- Link to support matrix
- Use generic source list generators for Debian/Ubuntu
- Reorder dependent repo chapters (EPEL, etc.)
- Drop el6 instructions for IDO
