xlat/evdev_keycode.in: remove constants with duplicating values

Those are used for describing input device category and not specific
button.

Reported by clang.

* xlat/evdev_keycode.in (BTN_MOUSE, BTN_JOYSTICK, BTN_GAMEPAD, BTN_DIGI,
BTN_WHEEL, BTN_TRIGGER_HAPPY): Remove.
