reverted the name of the branch back to 1.3.6SVN, otherwise changes made in the branch will overwrite the already named postgis-1.3.6RC1.tar.gz tagged release in the snapshot autobuilding process.  Also, an every changing branch repo should not have the same name as a tagged static release.
