Turn on more compiler warnings

* configure.ac (gl_WARN_ADD): Add -Wempty-body, -Wformat-security,
-Wignored-qualifiers, -Winit-self, -Wlogical-op,
-Wmissing-parameter-type, -Wnested-externs, -Wold-style-declaration,
-Wold-style-definition, -Wtype-limits.
