* PEAR_Error now supports exceptions when using Zend Engine 2.  Set the
  error mode to PEAR_ERROR_EXCEPTION to make PEAR_Error throw itself
  as an exception (invoke PEAR errors with raiseError() or throwError()
  just like before).
