Remove old and unused maintenance scripts

Firewell, last witnesses of bygone era.

* linux/sparc/gen.pl: Remove.
* linux/x86_64/gentab.pl: Likewise.
* xlate.el: Likewise.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Remove them.
