segfaults, causes an assertion failure with corrupt input:
get_uv_tx_size: Assertion `mi->sb_type < BLOCK_8X8 ||
ss_size_lookup[mi->sb_type][pd->subsampling_x][pd->subsampling_y] !=
BLOCK_INVALID
