Fix a wrong assertion in sadf manual page

In its EXAMPLE section, sadf manual page says that

sadf -d /var/log/sa/sa21 -- -r -n DEV

extracts memory, swap space and network statistics from the data file.
This is no longer true as swap statistics are now displayed with option
-S and not option -r. So fix the wrong comment.
