Fix find stackbottom on BlueGene P/Q systems
(Use HEURISTIC2 instead of LINUX_STACKBOTTOM)

* include/private/gcconfig.h (NO_PTHREAD_GETATTR_NP, HEURISTIC2): Define
for BlueGene systems (instead of LINUX_STACKBOTTOM).
