.gitattributes: turn off CRLF for *.am

If Makefile.am uses CRLF, buildconf in a Windows checkout fails with:
".ibtoolize: error: AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIRS([m4]) conflicts with
ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS=-I m4"
