lib/edgepaint: MSBuild: define GVDLL in edgepaintlib project file

An upcoming commit will change lab_gamut.h to use the GVDLL symbol to
enable storage-class attributes.

This change ensures that the lab_gamut symbols will continute to be
declared with the dllimport attribute.
