tests: remove obsolete strace-f.test

strace-f.test is too inexact while fork-f.test does the right thing.

* tests/strace-f.test: Remove.
* tests/Makefile.am (MISC_TESTS): Remove it.
* strace.spec (BuildRequires): Remove time.
