   9     and context of each Apache configuration directive.  For more
  10     information about each of these, see the <a href="directive-dict.html">Directive Dictionary</a>.</p>

  12     <p>The first column gives the directive name and usage.  The second
  13     columns shows the default value of the directive, if a default exists.
  14     If the default is too large to display, the first characters will be
  15     followed by "+".</p>

  19     tables below.</p>
