1 Mac OS X-specific Build instructions
3 Perform these steps as an administrator or with the sudo command:
5 * Install Fink. The default setup creates a /sw folder on your main hard
6 * drive. Make sure /sw/bin is in your path.
7 * Install the latest Xcode from Apple.
8 * Create a symbolic link in /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk/ to /sw:
10 cd /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk
13 * Use Fink, or FinkCommander to install any delegate libraries you
14 * require, for example:
18 As a regular user or administrator:
20 * Download the ImageMagick source distribution.
21 * Unpack and change into the top-level ImageMagick directory:
23 tar xvfz ImageMagick-6.3.3-0.tar.gz
26 * Choose an architecture and set your CFLAGS environment variable. Here we
27 * set CFLAGS for an Intel build:

31 * Set your LDFLAGS environment variable to:
